Please join me in welcoming Mary Rudd to the role of Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator. Mary will be based in our Ocean City, MD Headquarters.
Prior to joining our team, Mary held a number of positions with The Hershey Company, most recently as Global Mobility Human Resources Specialist where she managed the international global mobility program to mobilize talent across the world.
Mary will be working in the Talent Acquisition team to source the best talent as we continue to grow as well as administrate our applicant tracking system, learning management system and other platforms including mentorship program, lodging apprenticeship and corporate responsibility.
Mary has also worked very closely for a number of years with Make - A - Wish Foundation. The Make-A-Wish Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in the United States that arranges experiences to children with life-threatening medical conditions.
