The Accounting and Finance Team came together for two days and participated in a leadership training covering the Predictive Index, emotional intelligence, meetings, vision, hiring the right talent, traction, processes and various other topics. It was an engaging two days with lots of great ideas and action items to help us be better leaders, a better department and a better company.
