"A gentleman at your property by the name of Mr. Logan is one such employee. Mr. Logan is an asset, sir. He is currently working as your shuttle driver, among other duties. What really makes him stand out is how he treats people. He genuinely cares, is personable--and not just at a superficial level. When I departed on a recent stay the shuttle was late and so what did Mr. Logan do?--he took my partner and I in his personal van to the airport. Put aside whether doing that is consistent with your company's policies or not ... it's the fact that he was willing to go this far to help a guest. It is truly extraordinary. On top of that, he is ex-military."
