Real Hospitality Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Chan as the General Manager of the Four Points Charlotte. Philip has held prominent leadership positions with Hilton (Hampton and Home 2 Suites) in the Charlotte market and operated assets for MCR Management. He also gained Marriott experience as a General Manager in Myrtle Beach for four years.
One of Mr. Chan’s strengths is the ability to analyze all departments and immediately identify where opportunities exist for service enhancements. Philip’s thorough knowledge of the Charlotte market will serve him and RHG well as a seasoned leader with market experience and the ability to drive fair share into our property.
