A Trenendous Personal Gesture, a WOW of the Week!
Room 906: These guests are here for a total of 7 nights they have been exploring the city and mentioned to me how tired they have been all these days. They said they wish they can see the city without having to actually walk so much, when I heard this I offered the Big Bus option. I explained to them how hop on and hop off tours work and that if they wanted to they did not need to get off the bus. They really loved the idea but for one day was too steep for them, I however called Big Bus and they told me I can choose to forfeit my incentive deposit and use it as a discount for the guest. I did so and the guest was able to save per ticket, they were so happy and can’t wait to explore the city tomorrow.
