Another RHG Supervision and Leadership Course kicked off in October in Ocean City, MD and New York, NY. Associates discussed creating a vision for their teams and covered the functions of supervision/management, principles of Leadership and team development. The RHG Supervision and Leadership course is a four month program designed to elevate our associates to take the next step in their career and grow within Real Hospitality Group.
