Thanks to Jessica and Katherine at the Sheraton Brooklyn for passing along the special moment they made for their guest: "Mr. Sherman S. called this morning requesting an early check in due to him getting married later on this evening. The guest stated how he wanted to decorate the room for his soon to be wife before their honeymoon. He was running late for his wedding this evening. We assured him we would take good care of him and make it a non-forgettable night. We gave him a complimentary upgrade to the suite. The guest was so ecstatic with the upgrade. After he left we went out and got balloons, a congratulations card, and took a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to the room. We decorated the room for their arrival tonight using the dried rose pedals he left behind to be used. We wanted to make sure they enjoyed their honeymoon and both would be surprised upon arrival tonight."
