"Dear Darryl,
As Joe's Bonvoy Ambassador, we wanted you to know how much we appreciate and LOVE the Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel. As we mentioned in the past, we have stayed here many times in the last 5 years and have had the pleasure of getting many of the staff people at the hotel. It truly feels like our home away from home when in the NYC area.
A few weeks ago, Alexander e-mailed Jessica Soler - the Asst General Manager - to inquire if the fitness center had a Bosu Ball which he uses for his Physical Therapy exercises. She e-mailed back that they would look into it and not to worry. We also had a request for a special kind of Almond milk in the Club lounge.
When we checked in on March 26 - there was a big surprise waiting for us in the room - see attached pics.
This is yet another reason why we love staying at this property. Everyone at the hotel knows us and we feel like family when staying here.
