"While our hotel leaders were at an RHG meeting today, something caught their eye... none other than our fearless leader and COO, John Parker, exemplifying a "Real" attitude that runs through all of us. During a lunch break, John took the initiative to grab a trash bag and start collecting the used paper plates and trash from all of the RHG staff that was piling up. How often do you see executives rolling up their sleeves and doing the dirty work to help their teams? John's actions reflect the "spirit to serve" that makes our company so much more successful than our competitors; we all are willing to put our titles aside and go above and beyond to get the job done!
