"A guest checking in today needed a recliner to sleep in due to a medical procedure. Out of the kindness of her heart Ms. Pat Harman our Reservation Manager had Mr. Mumford from Engineering take her recliner from her house over to the Cabana Suite for the guest to sleep in during her stay."
"A couple expecting their son this afternoon to join them for lunch and a day at the beach couldn’t find a parking spot. He asked, at the front desk about parking because of meeting his parents on time for lunch. Carissa, was at the front desk at which time told him she would move her car to let him park where she parked on the street"
