Shoutout to Patrick and the team at the Four Points by Sheraton Midtown Times Square who shows the REAL reward is in helping others and having a passion for doing your job well. Jonathan Rodriguez explains the enticing story below:

"It’s all about the Benjamin’s... You ever hear that saying before?? Well today Patrick was a pure example of how that is definitely not true at all. Evan our bellmen was on break today and a guest came in to check in and had 2 cars worth of luggage to bring to the room.  The guest during check in told Patrick that there will be a good tip for him if he could take all that luggage out and bring it to his room with a glass of wine. Patrick being Patrick acknowledge and commented “No Problem “, after the guest was checked in by Ashley, Patrick was already headed to his room with the bags and a glass of wine on the way from the bar.  When Patrick got to his room, unloaded the luggage and told him his glass of wine was on the way the guest reached in his pocket and handed Patrick a crisp Benjamin bill in other words 0. I can’t believe what happened next… Patrick kindly declined to the take the money and told the guest I appreciate it but I’m just doing my job and the guest respected that. That my friends is a pure example of great customer service and it not being just all about the Benjamin’s but it really being work from the heart."
