The housekeeping team at Bethany Beach Ocean Suites gathers regularly to build camraderie. Their General Manager, Marcio Azevedo, submitted this story:
"We have been working on team spirit and positivity throughout our team. The department organized, on their own, weekly Sunday lunches. Everyone pitches in money and Catina cooks a homemade meal for everyone. Someone will bring soda, plates, or cupcakes as well. They decorate the table with linen before breaking bread together."
