Dennis, Front Desk Manager at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Queens / Queensboro Bridge, shares his story of how he helped make a guests stay more confortable:

"Guest in room 511, Mr. B, was in need of an extension cord this evening to complete some of his work from the hotel room and he wanted to be in a certain part of the room while doing so but didn’t have enough reach with the wires he had on him. So with quick thinking I told him to give me a few minutes that I will be able to help him with that so I took it upon myself to head to 7eleven where I found a long extension cord that he can use for the rest of his stay. Mr. B was extremely happy knowing that someone would go out there way and actually make it possible he offered me cash for the purchase but I denied it I just want the guest here knowing that we will go above and beyond to make sure there stay here is perfect and will make sure they pick our property for future bookings."
