"We had a couple come in today who was in town for parent’s weekend. Their son attends Syracuse University. Upon check in they mentioned they had a hard time booking with central reservations and weren’t able to get the room type they wanted. After expressing their concerns, I was able to get them into a room with two queen beds and they were very relieved. I also gave them each a complimentary drink at the bar for their frustrations. They thanked me for our hospitality and being able to accommodate them.
Also for parents weekend we gave out complimentary mimosas along with a card in each room welcoming our guests for the weekend. Attached are the pictures from our amazing night!"
