"One of our loyal guests, checked in to an upgraded suite tonight.  When we greeted her at check in she explained that she was feeling under the weather. Since she is a frequent guest of ours and we always like our guest to feel right at home, we knew that we were going to have to do something to make her feel better. Marie sent the guest a bowl of soup and bread along with a bouquet of flowers just to show her how much we care. Later during the night Marie called the room to follow up the guest said that what we had done was amazing, she never expected it, considering she only told us she felt a little sick. She absolutely loves the attention we give her every time she comes."
